Following last October’s launch in Wakefield of the national debate on public art, Beam has submitted the Manifesto as evidence to the House of Lords Select Committee on Architecture & the Built Environment, to DCMS as part of its White Paper Review on Culture, and directly to Culture Minister Ed Vaizey.
